Camp Admission Notice and Preparation

1. Overview of the Program

The immersive weight loss program adopts a semi-closed training management method. All aspects of the participants’ life and training are organized by Weight Crafters, making the training more targeted. Participants supervise each other, helping to avoid various special circumstances.

2. Weight Loss Plan

The weight loss plan is developed by the camp based on scientific, reasonable, effective, and feasible principles. All participants must strictly follow the camp’s arrangements and adhere to the training plan and diet designed by the trainers and nutrition experts. Participants who miss training sessions without reason or consume foods outside the prescribed diet will be responsible for any adverse effects on their weight loss results.

3. Training Schedule

2. Training Groups

Participants are divided into groups, each guided by a dedicated coach.

3. Training Evaluation and Summary

At the end of each week, the camp will evaluate and summarize the participants’ progress to create the following week’s training plan.

4. Activity Flow

Physical fitness test → Nutritional meal plan → Fitness plan → Fitness activities → Evaluation results.

4. Rules for Ensuring Weight Loss Effectiveness

To ensure weight loss effectiveness, all participants must adhere to the camp’s rules throughout the entire program:

  • Participants must not leave the camp without permission. Those who cannot attend training due to illness must provide a doctor’s note or an approved note from a teacher.
  • In special circumstances, participants must request leave from the teacher in advance. If leaving the camp for more than 30 minutes, participants must report to the teacher and in the group chat.
  • Participants must return to their rooms by 10:00 PM and report to the teacher. Overnight absences and smoking in the rooms are prohibited (smoking on the balcony is allowed).
  • Participants must eat meals on time and are not allowed to consume food, drinks, or medications outside the nutritional meal plan. Any necessary medications must be approved by the teacher.
  • Laziness during training is not allowed; participants must actively complete training courses.
  • Participants must follow teachers' arrangements and actively complete training courses.
  • Alcohol consumption during the training period is prohibited.
  • Participants should maintain camaraderie, help each other, avoid gambling, and not cause disturbances or run around in the training area. Overnight stays in other students' rooms are prohibited.
  • Bringing food back to rooms is prohibited.
  • Punctuality is required to avoid keeping others waiting. Participants who maliciously defame the camp or disrupt training order will face legal consequences.
  • Damaging facilities in the training area requires compensation at cost.

5. Health Considerations

This weight loss activity is not suitable for individuals with hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, or mental illness. Those with these conditions or related histories cannot participate. All participants (or their legal guardians) are responsible for their health status, ensuring they do not have these conditions or histories; otherwise, they must bear all consequences.

Preparation for Camp

1. Personal Items
  • Documents
  • Sportswear (more than 4 sets)
  • Lightweight, soft-soled, breathable sports shoes (more than 2 pairs)
  • Slippers, umbrella, sports backpack, water cup, multiple sets of underwear, and multiple pairs of socks (preferably pure cotton sports mid-length socks), daily toiletries, etc.
2. Provided by the Camp
  • 2 short-sleeved T-shirts (uniform for classes)
  • 1 bucket
  • 1 kettle
3. Items Not to Bring
  • Food and beverages such as snacks, fruits, chewing gum, health products, carbonated and sugary drinks, milk, and related products.
4. Prohibited Items
  • Controlled items such as knives and iron rods; flammable and explosive items such as cigarettes, lighters, and matches.
5. Bed Sheets and Covers
  • Provided free by the hotel (those with cleanliness concerns may bring their own).
6. Sun Protection
  • Sun hats, sun protection clothing, sunscreen, long sleeves, and long pants.
7. Cash and Valuables
  • Avoid bringing large amounts of cash, jewelry, and valuables. Computers and tablets may be brought for study and work needs; otherwise, avoid bringing them.
8. Pets
  • Pets are prohibited. Luggage will be inspected for prohibited items.
9. Camp Admission Timing
  • Confirm the admission time and notify us a week in advance for proper arrangements. We will contact you the day before admission.
